Suddenly, on Christmas Eve, a boy who did not believe in the existence of Santa Claus gets the opportunity to visit him at the North Pole. While traveling on the Polar Express train, the young hero makes new friends and learns a useful lesson.

Young and adult readers around the world should be eternally grateful to American writer Chris Van Allsburg for his dozens of imperishable fairy tales, to which one can easily pass a warm evening at home. Coming up with extraordinary characters and putting them in an unimaginable environment, the writer always projects his fantasy on our reality, so that by means of fantastic tools to instruct their readers, once again explain how to build a competent human relationships, and why family and friends, in spite of all the troubles should always be in the first place, while everything else must wait in the wings. Of course, Chris Van Allsburg’s most famous and revered work is Jumanji, an amazing, intriguing and suspenseful story that flirts with genuine danger and does not shy away from pouring out in acceptable doses the most real nightmare flows from the main characters’ subconscious on the reader. And it was just the famous adaptation of the tale, released in the efforts of director Joe Johnston, allowed the writer to find true fame and become one of the most sought-after authors on both sides of the ocean. But for all the well-deserved regalia of ‘Jumanji’, it would be somewhat unfair to link Chris van Allsburg’s name exclusively with the adventures of Alan Parrish and his unexpected companions. The writer’s creative legacy extends much further. And not the least of his works is ‘The Polar Express’, a small but fascinating and colorful book that tells the story of how one day a train arrives at Santa Claus’s with children who deserve to see a miracle.

The volume of the printed ‘Polar Express’ was very small, but that did not prevent the book to become a de facto bestseller, which parents read to kids just in time for the upcoming winter holidays. It’s also worth noting that Chris van Allsburg, as a real sculptor and thus a man of art, personally designed ‘The Polar Express’ with numerous illustrations, which allowed the reader to instantly picture in his mind the scenes described, and as if transported to the fabulous pages in the blink of an eye. And although for a long time ‘Polar Express’ existed only as a children’s book, no one doubted that after the exploits of Jumanji ‘someday will come and his time to conquer the big screen through the expensive movie adaptation. The biggest fan of the adventures of children on the train to Santa Claus was none other than Robert Zemeckis, one of the most respected directors of his generation, who decided to radically change the vector of career and abandon work on traditional feature films. After his films What Lies Hidden? and Outcast, Zemeckis plunged headlong into the development of computer technology which allowed him to digitize the movements of actors and build graphic characters from them. The lengthy process of refining the existing capabilities eventually culminated in 2004’s The Polar Express, which was to become the most authentic version of Van Allsburg’s tale that could ever be made.

The plot of the cartoon, expanded thanks to screenwriting ideas by Robert Zemeckis and his collaborators themselves, introduces us to an ordinary boy (Tom Hanks) who has stopped believing in the miracles of Christmas night. Frankly disappointed in all this holiday tinsel, the hero was about to despair of ever feeling a pleasant heat in his chest when you expect in the morning to open such a long-awaited present from under the tree and to make sure that Santa Claus really exists, but suddenly a striking opportunity opened before him to take the polar express train and go straight to the land of elves, reindeer and one overly kind plump grandfather, who gives joy to all children at the cherished Christmas time. And although the boy remains skeptical of fairy tales, miracles and magic, he will have to realize that Santa Claus, this is not an invention of adults. It turns out that he really dissects the sky on Christmas Eve, and before that the whole year toil in his factory to make for each individual child a special gift. But for starters, the hero, and the other children caught on the express train this evening, need to be patient and get to their fairy-tale destination through a long drive through the woods and snow. And who would have thought that the polar train would encounter a whole bunch of problems that one over-enthusiastic conductor (Hanks) can’t easily solve.

Chris Van Allsburg’s original book could have made a great short film, but that was not part of Robert Zemeckis’ plans. Not for the full four years he went into the shadows, to deal with the capture motion and other technological innovations that allow you to turn people into animated freaks. Working on ‘Polar Express’, the director added many additional scenes, allowing the audience to show the full power of computer graphics, combining the game world with the drawn. This cartoon is partly transformed into a dynamic, tense and unpredictable spectacle with a mass of frightening moments that make the audience if not frightened, then is in constant attention. There was nothing like that in van Allsburg’s book, but that doesn’t mean that Zemeckis went too deep into his creative research. On the contrary, he borrowed some ideas from Charles Dickens’ ‘A Christmas Story’, known for its direct flirtation with darkness, understood by adults and children alike. Still, the excessive fascination with technology couldn’t help but affect the overall impression of the cartoon, which is definitely good, but feels more like a demonstration of graphic possibilities than a stand-alone story.

Robert Zemeckis could not organically stretch a children’s book of a couple of pages to the size of a feature-length film. Not least of all, such feelings arise from the overly artificial faces of the title and secondary characters. No matter how hard the graphic wizards tried, they failed to make the characters real, there is no sense of something appealing, sincere and honest in them. Only Zemeckis’s unquestionable talent as a storyteller and skillful director allows us to discern glimpses of living beings in children and adults, which makes the viewing at least occasionally warm and heartfelt. Also, for all the controversial moments, one must appreciate the efforts of Tom Hanks, who embodied several characters on screen at once. Though in some moments he is simply unrecognizable, but in the character of the conductor he looks quite effective and appears to be a kind of an eccentric joker, making you feel in the comfortable conditions of a posh cast approximating a fairy tale. Hanks really tried and let the computer graphics have averaged his findings, the audience under any circumstances will appreciate his game, which can not be hidden by anything.

In the end I want to say that ‘The Polar Express’ is a fascinating, but far from the most authentic Christmas tale. Robert Zemeckis has undoubtedly done a monster job which is worthy of attention, but let’s not forget that the spirit of Christmas has a much more important basis than boundless fascination with technology. Nevertheless, the cartoon should be taken into account and still be enjoyed.

The story of the life and creative journey of rock ‘n’ roll king Elvis Presley through the prism of his complicated relationship with his odious manager, Colonel Tom Parker. They worked together for more than 20 years: from the beginning of Elvis’ career to his unprecedented fame.

4k movies reviews
Baz Luhrmann is a surprisingly underrated director: he is criticized for his frivolity, kitschiness, inappropriate soundtrack and garishness; he is really bad at heavyweight drama (even the duet of Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman, who are probably the most famous Australians in the industry, could not save “Australia”), but when it comes to carnival, he is unrivaled. He has a knack for boogie dancing on bones and feasting during the plague like no other, his characters, whether they are lovers from a Shakespearean tragedy, a cabaret star dying of tuberculosis or a rich man from the American classics, always go down, but always in style and glamour. Elvis’s story is no secret to anyone, but the pomp with which he rides to his sad end is astounding. The gold, diamonds and Las Vegas signs dazzle the eye from the very first frame, the characters parade around in vivid images from successive decades, and the music doesn’t stop for nearly a minute. Luhrmann still flirts with the anachronistic soundtrack, but this time he does it much more gracefully than in The Great Gatsby: the modern tracks either somehow quote the tunes of that era or are even covers of Presley’s hits. Split screen, parallel editing, pseudo newsreel – everything is used to keep the show moving even for a moment. Butler is a phenomenal, his body language, his facial expressions, his utterly wonderful charisma in the frame – you literally cannot take your eyes off of him. Luhrmann does not hesitate to focus on Butler’s hips, vividly demonstrating why the singer was nicknamed “Elvis the Pelvis” in his time. The story is largely seen through the eyes of Tom Hanks’ character, the unclean impresario Colonel, and the role is a perfect illustration of the actor’s universal charm, which allows him to play both good-natured romantics and slippery types, who are better to stay away from. That said, the Colonel is the film’s main trouble: Luhrmann is completely out of measure with the voice-over narration on his behalf, he cheapens the film to an insulting degree and constantly shifts the focus of the story to trivial comments by an old man with one foot in the grave. Nevertheless, Butler and Hanks work superbly as a pair, and it’s the dynamic in their duet that distinguishes Luhrmann’s film from any biopic about a rock star in recent years.

The Australian has unlocked the secret of film biography that had been on the surface all along: a good biopic is not an attempt to remove the wax mask from the face of real people, it is always a metaphor: sometimes of overcoming, sometimes of the unbearable weight of talent, more often of the predatory world around. Luhrmann does not so much need a specific Elvis Presley as an abstract figure of a king who has been danced to death by his entourage. There could scarcely have been a better time for a story like this to come out: just under a year ago, the world was watching Britney Spears’ custody case by her father’s manager, horrified at the number of pills she was forced to take, cringing at the intimate details like the ban on marriage and childbirth, asking what kind of system this is that takes control over people’s own lives – audiences today are not only and not so much interested in the show itself as in the cost of it. Luhrmann’s “Elvis” digs into the co-dependent relationship between creator and manager, where one can’t do without the other, and the other is necessarily the villain, as if there could be no other future for such a partnership. It is this transcending of a particular personality that allowed the film to find its own face and voice and spared Austin Butler, preventing him from becoming a contestant on “One in One,” but providing almost unlimited scope for the interpretation of the famous image. The talent-practice dichotomy is a necessary component of any creative duo, every Elvis needs his Colonel, every Wozniak needs his Jobs. This plot will never get old, just as the question “who’s to blame and what to do about all this mess now?” will always be relevant. Luhrmann paints his Colonel as an unambiguous antagonist, leaving some room for thought, showing Elvis’s total financial illiteracy, his blind, almost indifferent credulity and weakness for drugs; there is also room for a greedy father (what without parents getting rich on their children) – a whole pantheon of vices, you name it. For all the relative abstraction of the story, Luhrmann’s final touch is a tribute to a real man, his joys and sorrows: the final two or three minutes are a slicing of documentary footage of Elvis, partly repeating scenes from the film, as a reminder that behind every metaphor is someone’s broken life.

Paul Edgecomb is the head of the death row at Cold Mountain Prison, each of whose prisoners once walks the “green mile” on the way to the place of execution. Paul has seen many prisoners and guards during his work. However, the giant John Coffey, accused of a terrible crime, has become one of the most unusual inhabitants of the block.

4k movies reviews
The plot is identical to the book by Stephen King, so I will be brief. Paul Edgecomb works as the head of the cell block. This is not a simple block – people sentenced to death spend their last weeks here – the most notorious criminals: maniacs, rapists, murderers. Paul worked here for years, carried out hundreds of executions, and learned to be a cynic, but never learned to be a murderer. He managed to keep a man in himself, as well as three of his bosom friends who work with him. The suicide bombers called their last steps as a living person the “green mile”, because the floor of the long corridor along which the prisoner was led on his last journey was covered with green linoleum.

Many have walked this path and Paul endured it all. But a person with divine power must walk along the green mile, and, as Paul is sure, a person who is not guilty of anything. He appeared in the block and made a noise – a huge, gigantic black man, with the muscles of a goliath and the strength of an elephant, was meek and cried all the time. He was charged with the murder and rape of two twin girls. The Negro is weak in mind, but in his hands lies an enormous healing power, however, on a green mile, his power is of no use. Everything that happens on the green mile stays on it. This is the law. And the unfortunate warden will carry through his life the memories of those months that he spent in prison with the giant John Coffey. They changed his life forever!

* * *
The film is based on the best-selling novel “The King of Horror” by Stephen King. Stephen King is not only the most successful and richest writer in the history of world literature, he is certainly a very talented person. My fascination with King’s work began a few years ago with the excellent Hopelessness. Unlike other kings of the genre, for example, Lovecraft, King describes really scary things and describes them very brightly, emotionally and talentedly, as if passing through himself (by the way, to write “Mile” he spent several days on death row, and even fastened himself to electric chair for completeness). He does not omit details, some of King’s style is simply shocking, because people, characters in his works are the most natural, and are engaged in human affairs, and only mysticism interfering in their lives violates the natural course of things.

King is the author of a huge number of novels and almost all of them have been filmed, and it should be noted that King is very fond of cinema, often writes scripts himself, sometimes acts as a producer, and occasionally even flashes in episodes. This flirting with the cinema is not accidental – the literary language of the writer is extremely cinematic. It is as if he is sliding the camera through the plot of his novels, just take it any way – a ready-made script, painted to the smallest detail.

True, King is very unlucky on the screen version – the canons of traditional horror films are too strong in the USA, so they throw out the whole meaning from the novel, cleanse it of all the real and leave only scary meaningless pictures, according to which often completely disgusting directors shoot sucky films with mediocre TV actors like “It” or the recent “Hopelessness”. It is impossible to film King traditionally and so one-sidedly! To make a movie based on King, you need, firstly, to thoroughly analyze his work, and secondly, just love his characters.

Frank Darabont himself often admitted that he loves Stephen King and considers him the most outstanding writer of our time. It’s not for me to judge Darabont, King actually has a lot of purely opportunistic and ornamental novels, but you can’t take one away from the director – he was so imbued with the works of the king of horrors that he already shot two unconditional masterpieces based on them, and I hope he shot another one (I Haven’t seen The Fog yet. What is interesting is that Darabont has little interest in horror novels, because such books, firstly, are filmed in clouds, and secondly, due to the ease of the genre, they are made quickly and traditionally. But such as The Green Mile – it’s scary to film, not everyone can pull it off, the characters are painfully complex, the book is painfully multifaceted, the meaning is painfully heavy. This is not for you to shred children into shreds – a sea of fake blood and a maniac’s face distorted by anger. You can’t drive up to the “Mila” on an all-terrain vehicle!

However, Darabont is an extremely strong and professional director. He impressed everyone without exception – both critics and spectators, filming in 1994 a short story by King “Rita Hayward or the Shawshank Redemption”, received several Oscars and a good box office. A few years later, he took on King’s best work, The Green Mile. He had two ways – either to change the book in order to give the film a more glossy and popular tone, that is, to disfigure King with scenario conventions, or to film the book exactly, as if turning page after page in front of the audience. He chose the second path, perhaps the only true one.

No King was harmed in the film adaptation! Darabont did not miss a single, even the smallest detail, he was pedantic and accurate in everything. Even the dialogues of the characters are as close as possible to the text, everything is accurate and clear. There were only a few subtle changes, but the atmosphere of the novel, the atmosphere of pain and fear, the spirit of the last, most difficult path in the life of criminals, were conveyed admirably. Darabont managed to transfer to the screen not only the unique atmosphere, but also without prejudice to the meaning of the book, the characters of all the characters, managed to convey the laws of the era and managed to please everyone – both the audience, which is confirmed by $ 286.8 million in box office receipts, and critics, which is confirmed by several Oscar nominations, and even King, who called The Green Mile his favorite film adaptation.

The downside of many of King’s books is their length. Love for a thorough study of details sometimes ruins his novels, so I can’t read The Dark Tower at all – there are too many volumes – a dozen of the same books. Darabont could have corrected this shortcoming by adding music or at least a few dynamic scenes to the film, but he did not do this so as not to lose the thread of the novel. The film has the iridescent rhythms of Humphrey Bogart films, and the style of the film is the flow of a smooth, calm, slightly sleepy river. But what is surprising – the film has a gigantic running time – 3 hours! Yes, on the “Lord of the Rings” I fell asleep and woke up five times during this time, but I did not want to sleep here. This film, devoid of all the tricks of cinematic attraction, draws in, reigns supreme over the viewer, keeps him at the screen for all 3 hours. Just as I devoured the book, so I devoured the film – at once, in one fell swoop. This is truly a miracle of a wonderful director.

The film is very emotional, perhaps even sentimental. But this is not the cheap sentimentality of the Brazilian series, where everyone spews torrents of tears, and then drowns in their own molasses, crushed by pink elephants. These are real, life feelings that are insanely touching. I restrained myself for a long time, but in the end I still could not stand it – some scenes were made so strongly. There is no falsehood in them. They are sincere and free. And there is no happy ending, the film is perhaps even cruel, although, after thinking, you understand that it could not have happened otherwise.

The picture is occupied by an amazing ensemble cast – that “The Shawshank Redemption”, that the “Green Mile” – the actors are chosen absolutely perfectly – there is simply nothing to complain about. I love Tom Hanks, although few of his roles give me warm feelings for him, but here he played perfectly, perhaps the best part of his that I have seen. Very evenly, with the share of cynicism that his hero needs, without unnecessary emotions, without tears and wringing of hands, Hanks is really a great actor, it’s a pity that this is not always visible in all sorts of The Da Vinci Codes and pathos Ryans, where he really doesn’t know what to do and how to present yourself.

When I read the book, I myself saw in John Coffey someone like Michael Clarke Duncan. And when I saw the movie, I saw it with my own eyes. Yes, it was a Kffi from my imagination. The perfect choice! A huge black man with gigantic muscles, but a very kind, slightly childish face. Duncan looked amazing – he was innocent, touching and amazingly sincere. He was nominated for an Oscar for this role, and it’s a pity that they didn’t give him – I didn’t expect this from him, an action hero. Amazing.

Yes, everyone you don’t take is in its place, no fools. James Cromwell as warden, David Morse as Brutis (very good), Michael Jeter as Delacroix, Doug Hutchison as vile Percy…. Excellent actors, true professionals, who fully revealed the characters of their characters to us, in terms of the level of play, this film is rather a very strong psychological drama, and not a declared mystical thriller, and the cat cried mystics there.

It is difficult for me to see any flaws in this film, because it is rare to find a director who is able to transfer a voluminous and complex book to the screen with such love, so accurately and without loss. I love the book and I love the movie. This is a worthwhile movie. The perfect adaptation of a brilliant novel is one of the best films of the last decade! He is able to shake to the core and will not leave you indifferent, and this is a sign of a good movie.

1870 Captain Jefferson Kyle Kidd travels from city to city, sharing news from around the world, as well as stories of presidents and queens, great battles and devastating disasters.

On the plains of Texas, his path intersects with ten-year-old Joanna, who was abducted by the Kiowa tribe and raised in the traditions of an Indian commune for the past six years. Kidd agrees to take the girl to the home of her uncle and aunt, the only surviving relatives. Traversing hundreds of miles through harsh wilderness, these two will face both natural disasters and human brutality in search of a place to call their home.

There are directors who radically change genres. But is the reverse situation possible, when the genre changes the director? Based on the novel by Paulette Giles, News From All Over the World is a worthy example of a western-style adventure film. The “Western” genre serves not so much as a way to attract the attention of the audience, but as a background for the relationship of the characters: this is probably the case when the western captured the mind and changed the worldview of a politically engaged director, in this case – Paul Greengrass. Paternalistic captain Kyle Kidd and ten-year-old girl Joanna (Johanna) meet by the will of fate, and the simple story of their acquaintance turns into a fascinating journey that makes you remember old, but no less worthy Hollywood productions.

News takes place in Texas in 1870. Ah, the Old West: everyone carries a revolver, the Indians rip the scalps off the locals, and the former, restless Confederate soldiers roam the districts. One of them is Kidd, who travels from city to city and, suddenly, has chosen a strange occupation for himself: he reads newspapers to peizans, i.e. informs about what is happening in the country as a whole. Crowds of isolated townspeople admire Kidd’s charisma and are ready to pay their hard-earned dimes for the opportunity to hear the very news from around the world, especially since the former Confederate captain knows how to lure the audience. On one of his travels, the protagonist meets Joanna. At the age of four, she was abducted by the Indians, killing the girl’s real parents. She was raised in the tribe for six years. Since no one wants to take responsibility for a “twice orphaned” child, Kidd must deliver Joanna to her uncle and aunt. The situation is complicated by the fact that the girl does not know English, perceives her current situation as abduction, and she herself is not the most pleasant fellow travelers.

Naturally, thanks to the laws of the genre, Kidd and Joanna find a common language during their adventure. They develop an elementary form of communication, which develops into a relationship between a daughter and a father. All this is conveyed in a western format: dashing bandits, insidious Indians, provincial towns and the general spirit of mediation travel. As the heroes go through one mortal danger after another, it strengthens their personalities. Of course, the main merit here is on the actors: nobility is in Tom Hanks’ blood, and his chemistry with Helen Sengel is light and unconstrained. Captain Kidd is by and large a clichéd character: a rude military officer whose hardened heart is melted by the plight of a child. Nevertheless, it is in the western format that it works, not slipping into copying “Iron Grip”, but allows it to work exactly as a full-fledged work.

“News from all over the world” is not replete with action, but nevertheless the tape is realized with elements inherent in the genre that can dilute the narrative and rive the viewer’s attention. In particular, we are talking about the scene in which Kidd and Joanna take a fight with the bandits. In another case, the nobility inherent in the main character plunges him into conflict with the despotic ruler of one settlement. Instead of making these moments episodes of a road trip, Greengrass reinforces them, builds them into a film, and then places the relationship of the central characters on these plot bricks.

From a technical point of view, News From All Over the World is reminiscent of old Western films. Cinematographer Dariusz Wolski seemed to have grown up on projects by John Ford: even when the characters are shot in close-up, they always find themselves against the backdrop of the vast, endless expanse of the Wild West. Editing sets a pace unusual for Greengrass, but it works: especially in moments of intense action.

It would seem, how can you make a simple story about saving a child, reading the news (!) And all this with a cunning director fascinating? It turned out that it is possible that “News from all over the world” not only corresponds to the canons of a Western, but to everything else: it is no wonder that Europeans, including Greengrass and you and I, find themselves captured by the endless hypnotizing spaces of the West. An emotionally attractive way to fill this endless void and learn new things – each of us would like to be at that time and place where there is still a place for the unknown and the opportunity to discover something new. “News from all over the world” provides such an opportunity.

The story of a real and unusual friendship between the good-natured presenter Fred Rogers and the ardent journalist Tom Junod. Junod reluctantly agreed to write an article about the famous TV presenter, whom he considers too gentle and soft. But Rogers’ tireless optimism is gradually changing the life and views of the stern reporter.

4k movies reviews
“A beautiful day in the neighborhood by Mariel Heller is a film more directed at the American audience, because it was shot on the basis of real events and one of the central characters of the film is a cult personality for every American – Fred Rogers (Tom Hanks), host of the popular children’s TV show “Next door with Mr. Rogers (the program was broadcast from 1961 to 2001 and which was very popular). For example, it’s the same as if Russia decided to make a film about Nikolai Drozdov, the long-term host of the program “In the world of animals, because these characters are very similar. They are very kind, open, sincere, not afraid to seem awkward or careless and very loving to communicate with people.

The plot of the film is based on the opposition of the ideas and views of two heroes. Tom Junode (Matthew Reese), the cynical and sophisticated author of Esquire magazine, accustomed to serious journalistic tasks and investigations, is sent on an allegedly humiliating business trip for him – to write a short essay about Fred Rogers. But the journalist, because of his problems with his father (Chris Cooper), is trying to expose the presenter, since Rogers seems to be too saints. He finds out that Rogers is not so holy as everyone around him thinks that he hides his house from his demons, according to his wife. And that his “holiness is the fruit of his many years of work on himself and his character. Fred Rogers, for his part, asks his questions and through conversations leads Junod to a decision on reconciliation with his father.

Conclusion: A magnificent film that “saints are not born, but become through a long grueling work on oneself, on the acceptance of the world around. And the result of this work will be the harmony of man with himself, which will also affect people close to him. Well-chosen cast literally lives in the frame, so sometimes it seems that you are watching the real life of people. Music emphasizes the overall mood of the film.

Jimmy Dugan is a former baseball player whose glorious days in the Big League have already passed. He is invited as a coach to the Women’s Baseball League, created in 1943, when all the men were in the war.

Seeing the desperate desire and decisiveness of his wards, he forgets about his pessimism and gains confidence in himself and his team.

“Their own league is the standard of how a movie about sports should be: a little funny, a little sad, and a lot of life.

This is the story of the Peaches women’s baseball team, founded in 1943. This team consisted of girls whose husbands went to war. Playing baseball, they begin to understand that for them this is not just a game, but the meaning of their life. The coach of this unusual team is Jimmy Dugan, a former baseball player who can no longer play due to a leg injury. At first, Jimmy refers to this whole thing with a misunderstanding. It doesn’t fit his head that a woman can play baseball. But over time, he changes his position, and his team begins to gain momentum.

What immediately catches the eye in this film is the irresistible playing of Tom Hanks. Everyone knows that this actor has just brilliant comedic talent and in this picture we are convinced of this. He is laconic, but his facial expression is just something. At the beginning of the film, we see his hero Jimmy gouging and rude, but throughout the whole picture his life position with regard to the female baseball team is changing and he is turning into an ideal coach who sincerely believes in his team and its victory.

The picture looks in one breath. There are so many funny moments that you just fall from laughter from the sofa. For example, the one when Jimmy once again yells at Evelyn (Beatty Shram) for not playing very well and not to offend her, he emotionally, but wordlessly tries to explain to her that it is impossible to play like that. This is really funny!

In the film, we also see many dramatic moments, for example, the relationship of the two sisters Dotti (Gina Davis) and Keith (Lori Petty). Kit is always upset that her sister is better than her in everything, although Dottie absolutely does not like this superiority, because she really loves her little sister.

In my opinion, the moment when the whole composition of the female baseball team meets after so many years is very important in the film. They didn’t see each other for a long time and with a smile on their face recall that wonderful time when they played for the Peaches baseball team …

In the end, I want to say that “Their Own League is an amazing film. The film that memories are the best that a person has …

Inferno is salvation
Professor Robert Langdon regains consciousness in one of the Italian hospitals, completely losing his memory. Local doctor Sienna Brooks is trying to help Robert not only restore memories, but also stop mysterious intruders who intend to spread the deadly virus.

The fog and secrets that were cast on the film were superficial and easy to solve. The complex multi-move and Dante’s hell may be difficult to grasp, but the plot of the film itself is very simple to understand. Langdon’s hero again gets involved in a dangerous game, but at the same time he does not remember anything and does not understand why different people are hunting him. And as in time to a helpless scientist, a young beauty with high intelligence and knowledge of different languages comes. Scientist Zobrest is reminiscent of the cute, squeamish millionaire from Kingsman, obsessed with the idea of freedom and purification, he develops a monstrous weapon. But at the same time, he is not alone, his judgments are supported by many colleagues who are ready to do anything to turn his ideas into reality. And all these roles were perfectly embodied by Tom Hanks, Omar C, Ben Foster.

But even the excellent acting does not leave any thoughts that the gothic novel has turned into another film about terrorists and rescuers of all mankind. The film itself is excellent, entertaining and colorful, the action movie turned out to be successful. In which, for the first time, the emotional and touching Langdon was shown, not a scientific puzzle-solving machine.

On behalf of the main character Forrest Gump, a feeble-minded, innocent person with a noble and open heart, the story of his extraordinary life is told.

Fantastically, he turns into a famous football player, a war hero, a successful businessman. He becomes a billionaire, but remains as simple-minded, stupid and kind. Forrest expects constant success in everything, and he loves the girl he was friends with as a child, but reciprocity comes too late. Forrest Gump 4K download, quality dolby vision.

4K movie reviews
What is a “real movie” 4k? What should it be? If you approach the issue from a technical point of view, then the “real film” is “a thin film in the form of a tape with images shot for it to be shown in the cinema.” And if you approach him from the side of what should be shown in the film? ..
All that is in the “Forrest Gump 4K Ultra HD” – the present. Real love. Real friendship. Real relationships of people. Real death. In my opinion, it follows that the film itself in Ultra HD is real.

Love. Did Ginny love? I do not presume to judge her. If you loved, then …. strange is love. Did Forrest love? Yes. Because when a person loves, he wants the one whom he loves to be happy. Not depending on whether they are together or not. Forrest loved it that way …
Friendship. You can scold people as you like, despise him for anything, say the most unpleasant things in person … but if he’s your real friend, then you’ll throw everything in order to help him. It’s sad that this friendship is not always mutual … I would give a lot to find such a friend as Forrest Gump 2160p and become his “Captain Dan”.

Relationships of people. Perfectly conveyed all the emotions of people in relation to the main character of the film. If this is indifference, then it becomes cold inside. If this is sympathy, then you begin to believe in angels. If this is despair, then it seems that life is over. Everything as in reality …

Death. I do not want to comment. Is that … “Mom always said that death is the continuation of life. But it would be better if it was not. ”

The film 2160p UHD made me think, and this is the main sign that he is worthy of attention.

Another piece of the stunning 4k cartoon, Toy Story 4 from Pixar Studio is available for download. Space Ranger Baz Lightyear, Woody cowboy, Spiralka dog, Tyrannosaurus Rex and the entire team of toys are back together, and they are more than ever ready for adventure. Since Andy went to college, toys have settled in the house of his new mistress, Bonnie. On her first day at school, Bonnie made herself a new Wilkins toy, which will mark the beginning of a series of events in which there is a place for traveling with chases, meeting new toys, meeting some of old friends, and even a romantic story.

4k movies reviews
Time is both a terrible and funny thing; destinies can develop in completely different ways. And toys are like an old and friendly company that has been together for more than 20 years and feels great at the same time. In addition, everyone else around them feels no worse, not like in the damned life, when one is luck and happiness, and the other is a bag of scrap metal and tin cans. Well, of course, of course, like any company, all with personal quirks, jokes and corrals about certain things, but otherwise, just dreary darkness would prevail. Nobody can do without soil and a clean canvas for conflicts, followed by the departure of the cannonball called Happy End. And no one gets tired, everyone likes it – so if someone harnesses it to some kind of fashion, a new generation (yes to everyone, of course), feature films instead of animation classics and so on, then this is complete rubbish. Such toys will always be in demand, they can be modified, but still they will be a bottomless source of emotions and accurate morals without reference to time and place.

A classic company goes its own way, it is born, finds its core and roots, develops, replenishes, is reformed, changes its habitat and priorities. And isn’t that wonderful? Such a concept can hardly just go on and die when everyone receives pure and genuine emotions from it, and it doesn’t matter if there is money, feminism, modern trends or something else. As a result, you look, and it turns out that everyone loves and respects the company, or at least treat them with due respect and recognition. Well, they deserve it! At least because, when it seems to you, they say, their best years and adventures are already behind, you nevertheless come to be with them again and enjoy, which can still be found in few places. He sat for two hours and realized that at least one good and right thing in the world was more. Especially if it is a “global company that can unite people of different ages and views.

And personally, I don’t even need to be a big fan of the series to understand that this is a great movie. I just see how carefully the creators handle all the components of the picture. No vines, only one big mighty cedar with branches that grow straight and confident. All the characters must be in the canvas, Woody gets a tremendous and dominant development with an impressive drama and dilemma, others gain moral enrichment, remain in their rightful places, or simply logically participate in the general plot. All living new and newly found old is by no means covered by meaningless fog and does not exaggerate, but on the contrary, it colors and saturates the whole picture. The trailer rides along the trunk of this tree dashingly and unhindered, pushing the plot and weaving new themes and meanings into the story. And the creators do not forget about such a concept as dynamics – it is unlikely that many will be able to get bored or depressed for such an insignificant period of time filled with events important for history.

Perhaps they also have some special skill or intuition. It seems that something stunning and taking away consciousness does not happen on the screen, but you, however, are imbued with the atmosphere and, let’s say, a certain aesthetics of the action. Just a few bright and elaborated locations, old and new heroes, a couple of pleasant and skillful visual solutions – and the whole viewer is already there, completely immersed in the process. Most likely, this is due to the fact that they know exactly what they are doing and what result they want to achieve. Surprisingly, they may even avoid influencing the final outcome of various offensive and annoying rainfalls, which in turn meanly cover so many potentially successful projects.

And I just love cartoons, and always will be. I don’t know, in them (especially in the best of them) there is always something that a feature film is simply not able to give. And it’s not even so important, on the screen of Disney, Pixar, anime, different genres and types – the main thing always remains the same, you constantly see authentic worlds that were once born and depicted in someone’s imagination. And that is great! So a person can hardly give himself to you without words, and this, as it seems to me, is a real gift. And “Toy Story, as one of the brightest and most influential representatives with its world, with each fresh replenishment, shows a clean and sincere example that many, I am sure, would like to follow. Even if the hero at first desperately longs to be ordinary rubbish and enjoys being in the basket, and then recognizes himself as a toy and sees the meaning of life already in this, then this is a huge progress, don’t you? Even if all this is fiction, illusion, and another great cartoon will not fundamentally change your existence, then it’s still very cool …
