A young man who escaped from a slave camp finds refuge with the monks of the Shaolin Temple. Under their guidance, he learns martial arts, hoping to avenge his father’s murderer, a traitorous general.

The monks protect the hero, helping him to exact vengeance. Fighting the traitor’s troops, they save the emperor, who generously rewards them.
