Once upon a time, the Hong Kong mafia brutally and mercilessly killed the parents of twin brothers Chad and Alex, who miraculously managed to escape during a bloody shootout. Fate scattered the brothers on opposite sides of the ocean: one grew up in California, the other remained in Hong Kong. And now, 25 years later, thanks to the efforts of a loyal friend of their deceased parents, the two brothers meet to make the perpetrators of that crime deeply regret what they once did.
