Lungshan is a sleepy provincial town in southern China. There is nothing here but dilapidated “cultural heritage.†Two close friends accidentally witness a criminal showdown. Without meaning to, they prevent some valuable Chinese art from being taken out of the country, and end up getting caught up in a fight for influence.
