A spirit comes out of the desert looking for victims, and the locals call it the “Devil of the Sands.” It prays for the lonely and unloved, for those who have lost everything except their lives. Wendy split up with her husband and is driving around aimlessly. She picks up a stranger and begins to fear him when strange things start to happen. Meanwhile, a local police officer tracks down the killer. With the shaman’s warnings about witchcraft, he sets out to try to stop the beast before it can complete its terrible task.
