Ben Sanderson, a Hollywood screenwriter and alcoholic who lost everything due to his addiction to alcohol, including his wife and child, arrives in Las Vegas to drink himself to death. There, he meets a prostitute named Sera, with whom he unexpectedly strikes up a friendship.
