British India. Rama is a dedicated policeman in the service of the colonial government, able to deal with a mob alone, and is considered a traitor by the locals. Bhim is a Gond tribesman who is forced to travel to Delhi to find a little tribeswoman kidnapped by the Governor. On learning of this, the Governor announces a reward for his capture, and in order to get promoted, Rama takes up the task. After saving a boy who had fallen into the river, Rama and Bhim become friends. They don’t know each other’s real identities or ulterior motives, but this acquaintance will be the beginning of a big change.
