Detective Sergeant Jan Ma, during routine internal checks, gets reprimanded for his frequent use of brute force when arresting criminals, but because of his successful work, they try to turn a blind eye to it. The main action unfolds after his partner Wilson, who has infiltrated a gang of Vietnamese thugs, nearly dies during another crime committed by the Vietnamese. As a result, the gang’s ideological leader, Archie Sin, ends up in police custody. The gang plans to rescue their boss by eliminating all witnesses, including the surviving Wilson, but Detective Ma interferes with their plans…
