Scientist Gustav Niemann escaped from prison with his assistant, the hunchback Daniel, and, after killing the director of the traveling “Chamber of Horrors,” began his plan for revenge. First, he pulled the stake out of Count Dracula’s body and ordered him to kill the man who had put him in prison. Then Niemann finds Frankenstein’s monster and the Wolf Man buried under the ruins of Frankenstein’s laboratory. But both prove to be beyond his control, and as a result, all hopes for Niemann’s power are doomed to fail…
