A new batch of prisoners is brought to a Nazi concentration camp run by the cruel Fräulein Ilsa. Ilsa and her assistants conduct cruel medical experiments on the women, while the men also have a hard time. Ilsa tests each of them in bed. Her goal is to prove that women are capable of enduring more pain and suffering than men, and therefore can be allowed to fight on the front lines.
