In the fourth installment of the adventures of the green ogre “Shrek Forever After”, Shrek faces a midlife crisis. He no longer scares the villagers and his life has become predictable and quiet. Wanting to recapture the days when he was a true ogre, Shrek makes a pact with the devious Rumpelstiltskin. However, things don’t go according to plan, and Shrek finds himself in an alternate reality where he has never met Fiona and where Rumpelstiltskin rules the kingdom. Now Shrek must find a way to reclaim his real life and prove that true strength lies in love and friendship.
