During the deciding game of the Stanley Cup, a giant crowded stadium is held hostage by a group of terrorists led by a former security officer. Their demand is a billion dollars, otherwise the building will go up in flames. The money must be transferred to various accounts within a set time frame. A delay could cost the authorities dearly.
