In 1980’s The Long Good Friday, Harold Shand (Bob Hoskins) is a powerful London gangster preparing to make an important deal with American mobsters to turn London into a business capital. However, his ambitions are jeopardized when a sudden wave of violence and terrorist attacks begins to destroy his empire. Determined to find out who is behind it, Harold embarks on a race against time to save his empire and his life.
