A funny story about the chaos of the entertainment industry. A struggling Hollywood producer (Steve Martin) comes across a brilliant screenplay. The bigwigs of the film industry agree to fund the movie, but they set one condition: the lead role must be played by a Hollywood star—Keith Ramsey (Eddie Murphy). Since he can’t get the star’s consent, the producer decides to film him using a hidden camera, creating real-life situations that match the script. Considering that the film is a fantasy, it’s no surprise that by the end of filming, poor Keith is on the verge of losing his mind.
