Ding On is a worker at a sword factory who lost his parents. He learns that his father was murdered by the tattooed Fei Lun and, thirsting for revenge, takes his father’s broken sword. He rescues the factory owner’s daughter, loses an arm, and falls off a cliff. He recovers, finds a kung fu manual, masters the art of spinning the sword, and returns to seek revenge.
