Beth is about to join a sorority called Theta Omega Theta. But in the dormitory, she begins to be haunted by nightmares and visions of a knife-wielding maniac. Through a hypnotic experiment, the girls learn that when Beth was a little girl, she lived in this very same house. She was the only survivor when her older brother Bobby slaughtered their entire family with a knife.

One day, when the other girls are gone for the weekend, Beth and her three friends, Linda, Sarah, and Tracy, decide to invite some guys they know. What they don’t know is that Bobby has escaped from a mental institution ….
