When Billy was seven, a criminal dressed as Santa killed his parents in front of the boy. Years spent in a Catholic orphanage only confirmed Billy in the idea that Christmas is not a time for nice presents, but for cruel punishments. So when the eighteen-year-old (Robert Brian Wilson) gets a job at a toy store and is appointed Santa, the boy decides to brutally punish anyone who “misbehaves.”
